The service department got me in on time. Work was done promptly. The staff treated me with courtesy and respect. I had a coupon that they said didn’t apply, but they were still able to give me a discount. As long as the people at Bocker continue to treat me this way, I’ll continue to come back to them.

The crew was very welcoming. I asked if they would check the left rear tire pressure; they did and I saw they added air. Because of a team like this is why I keep bringing my truck to Bockers. I’m very pleased with the crew in this department. Thank you for taking such good care of my truck.

After check engine came on and other codes I called to see if I could get an appointment to have it checked out. Heather was fantastic and was able to scan, determine the issue and get me squeezed in that morning. Above and beyond service.
