They were very attentive to finding the problem and my car is now scheduled to have the problem fixed. Even without a heads up or a scheduled appointment, Bocker's was very gracious. The issue required extra time and attention, and with the holidays I was without my vehicle for 3 weeks. Bocker's generously allowed me to borrow a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired. This allowed me to continue my day-to-day commitments and it was a huge relief for me. All thru the process, they kept me informed & updated on the progress of the repairs. Needless to say, I am very pleased.
